How We Eat is a creative project with big visions of a regenerative future.

Ashley Scarborough

Ashley is the creator of How We Eat. She hosts, designs and produces all the How We Eat projects and has big ideas for a future that is more in symbiosis with the natural world.

We are also a network of chefs, regeneration thought leaders, system thinkers, experience designers and futurists that support and contribute to the development of the project along side Ashley.

For each event we work with local chefs from our network depending on the needs of the food experience. We give as much creative freedom to the chef as possible.

Ashley believes food is a powerful tool to create meaningful connections between people, the living world and the systems in which we operate within.
